accepting the consequences

i just read that rick ufford-chase, former moderator of the pc(usa), was one of many people arrested in september for peaceful protests in washington dc against the war in iraq. four other presbyterian ministers were also arrested during the interfaith event, which was coordinated by the national campaign for nonviolent resistance.

i don't know about you, but i think that's frickin' awesome,
and i think i'm to the point where
i'd be willing to
accept the consequences,
too.

rock on, ufford-chase, and others who are not just talking about things, but rather, taking a true stand for what they believe in.
